Scope of Works
Following extensive Type 3 surveys and as part of the new £450m regeneration
scheme at Walgrave Hospital, AA Woods were tasked with the removal of asbestos
pipework insulation from some 512 pipework risers, and AIB cladding from 14
service risers over seven floors. Asbestos trained scaffolders were employed
to create bespoke access with the risers. The project was successfully
completed within programme utilising fifty site operatives working seven
days per week for a duration of twelve weeks

Scope of Works
This demanding project involved the removal of extensive asbestos
ceiling tiles and the decontamination of ceiling voids to sales floors,
back of house areas, staff canteen and roof top plantrooms on a nightly
basis with the store remaining open and unaffected during normal trading hours.

Scope of Works
To carry out the removal of 533 asbestos balcony soffits from occupied
residential properties as part of an extensive boiler and window replacement
programme.
