Asbestos surveys and inspections are both specialised and dependent on a high degree of experience. Asbestos identification and control of asbestos within premises is a fundamental requirement of both the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 2006 (CAR) and the Management of Health and Safety Work Regulations 1999.
